Daytona, FL; It was Bill Smith again who took his fourth and fifth victories at Daytona for this season's V8 Stockcar Series event. Smith, who was the Amsoil fastest qualifier for the Daytona race, also won the inaugural Daytona Cup. Smith is now tied with Jeff Emery of the V8 series, each with five of the series' wins.
